Refund and cancellation policy

Consilium is free for students, so there is nothing to pay or refund.

• Payments for plans aren't refunded. That includes renewals and any unused part of a period.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• To cancel, open your partner dashboard and choose Manage billing or cancel, or email us.

If you're charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email support@consiliumglobaledu.consulting and we'll put it right. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. This policy doesn't affect any rights the law where you live gives you.
