Privacy policy

• When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture.
• When you use the advisor: what you type in, such as your programme, target schools, budget and notes. It's used to build your shortlist, and kept only if you save the shortlist to your account.
• Consultancies: the business name, contact email, phone number and notes given when claiming a listing, any profile text they add, and their plan and billing status.
• Review reports: the reason you give, and your email if you choose to add it.
• Usage counts: clicks to firms' websites, profile views and searches, counted without your name or email.

• Our hosting and database providers (Lovable and Supabase) store the data above.
• Text you type into the advisor or the chat is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to write your answer.
• Microsoft Clarity and PostHog record how pages are used, with cookies, so we can make the site work better.
• Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, processes consultancies' payments. It shares the name, email and payment status with us, but never full card details.

We don't sell personal data.

You can delete saved shortlists from your account page anytime. To see, correct or delete anything else we hold about you, email support@consiliumglobaledu.consulting. Consilium isn't meant for children under 13.
